Although she hails from Colombia, South America and speaks fluent Spanish, Carol is a longtime Northeast Florida resident. Carol has a bachelor’s degree in communications and prior to her real estate career owned and operated flower shops in south Florida.
Carol has over thirteen years of real estate experience in addition to twelve years of sales and marketing experience. She has received the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and the Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) designations from the National Association of REALTORS and has substantial experience in handling short sales throughout Northeast Florida.
Her honors include being honored by Jacksonville Homebuyer magazine for “Best in Client Satisfaction” for seven consecutive years in a row. The renowned designation is based on client satisfaction research led by a national independent research firm. Agents are nominated based on the following criteria: customer service, integrity, market knowledge, communication, closing preparation, negotiation, finding the right house, marketing of the home and overall satisfaction.

Lori was born in Baltimore, Maryland, and raised in Northeastern Pennsylvania where she started snow skiing at the age of 4. While in that area she worked in timeshares at Split Rock Lodge in the Poconos. Lori met and married her husband of 20 years, Joseph, and together they opened a restaurant called Valentino’s where she learned customer service, decorating, wedding planning and much more.
Lori and her family which include 3 sons-Justin, Tyler and Dylan-moved to St. Augustine in 2005. Lori considers it to be the best move ever. She truly loves this area, the beauty, serenity and quality of life. She worked at the James Coleman Art Gallery in downtown St. Augustine prior to joining Deltona Realty.
In November of 2011 she was honored to judge the Miss Philippine Contest that was held in Jacksonville, Florida. Lori is also an active member of the Village Church and also Our Lady of Good Council and a member of the St. Augustine Beach chapter of the Elks Lodge. Other interests include experiencing local restaurants, time at the beach and cooking. Lori’s extensive background makes her a “natural” in connecting with her customers in real estate.

She is a successful businesswoman and entrepreneur who has owned and operated her own moving company from 1985-2011. Having a moving company has strongly enabled Deborah to stay current with the Real Estate industry.
Deborah was born and raised in Havertown, Pennsylvania the oldest of five children. She married in 1976 and worked in retail sales and even ran a bubble gum wrapping machine for a few years. In 1985 she acquired a Real Estate license around the same time her husband purchased a small moving company which over the years grew into two successful companies. Interest rates were very high at that time, and in spite of that fact the business was very successful in building a significant satisfied customer base.
In 1992 Deborah and her husband purchased a home in St. Augustine after falling in love with the old city and everything St. Augustine had to offer. Deborah raises miniature horses and enjoys riding downtown on her scooter. She also volunteers with the St Johns County Housing Partnership assisting with the building of handicap ramps and doing office work when needed.

Before relocating to Florida, Jackie worked as a licensed real estate agent in Virginia for eight years and as a title insurance underwriter. She subsequently owned and operated a title and escrow company for more than 10 years.

Tammy is originally from New York where she met her Officer and a Gentleman right out of high school 26 years ago. Tammy and David have been married more than 21 years. Tammy earned an English Degree with University of Maryland, and a teaching certification with University of W. Florida. They have three children, two sons, Robert and Matthew, and a daughter, Hailey.
Prior to joining Deltona, Tammy's family spent significant time traveling around the world with the U.S. Navy. They've moved 12 times in the past 20 years, and spent the past 7 years living abroad in Europe and most recently Hong Kong. While living abroad and raising her children, Tammy also volunteered with the Military Spouses club, in her children's classrooms and also ran the Scholastic Book program for their elementary school. She also taught kindergarten at the International Schools where her children attended.
After 26 years of military life Tammy's husband retired and they decided to settle back in Florida where they spent many years living and vacationing. The years they spent moving around the world, relocating her family, researching good schools and finding safe places for her children to grow up, helped her make the seamless career transition to become a REALTOR®.

Elisa, a Navy veteran, is originally from the beautiful mountains of North Carolina. She moved to Florida 13 years ago while stationed at NAS Jacksonville. Her military service includes anti-submarine warfare, aviation maintenance administration and the auxiliary security force where she earned the designation of sharpshooter.
While still serving in the military, her daughter, Chloe, was born. Chloe was later diagnosed as being profoundly deaf. Elisa dedicated the next several years to guiding and supporting her daughter in her journey from a world of silence to bilateral cochlear implant surgery and intense speech and language therapy to finally being mainstreamed with her hearing peers.
Prior to joining Deltona Realty, Elisa assisted her husband with his art company and sold many of her own original paintings. Her work has been featured at Ethan Allen, local stores in St. Augustine and she contributed to a collaborative piece by local artists that was featured in the Cummer Museum.
Elisa's long-term goal has always been a career in real estate and her many life experiences have prepared her well.
